Meet Adam 🌿
As a gardener at Barossa Village, Adam helps create spaces that feel safe, welcoming, and well cared for.
From maintaining pathways to tending garden beds, his work supports residents to enjoy their surroundings comfortably, whether looking out over the gardens or walking amongst them. Being part of the community and interacting with residents is a valued part of his day.
It’s rewarding to know the gardens give residents somewhere pleasant to spend time and help them feel comfortable in their home.

A day out at the Marine Discovery Centre 🌊
Our residents enjoyed a day of learning, exploring, and spending time together by the coast. Getting out into the wider community, discovering something new, and sharing the experience side by side is an important part of community wellbeing.
Moments like these bring curiosity, connection, and a fresh change of scenery to the week.

Since August last year, a small group has been meeting to explore Bible themes together through Know Your Bible.
These sessions are unhurried, giving everyone time to reflect, ask questions, and support one another. As the weeks have passed, the group has slowly grown, with more residents choosing to join and learn alongside each other.
What started as a simple study group has become a space of connection. Conversations flow more easily, people understand each other’s needs, and there’s a genuine sense of fellowship forming.
A quiet, meaningful part of life at Barossa Village.
