Moving from Port Hughes on the Yorke Peninsula to the Barossa Valley means being closer to family and services, for Keith and Janet Hoppo.
Loving their Barossa Vine change, the couple are happily settled into their newly furnished unit perfectly located in walking distance to Tanunda’s shopping and café precinct.
Keith says he happened to be listening to the footy on FiveAA when he heard a Barossa Village commercial.
“We’d regularly visit the Barossa for holidays, so I quickly wrote down the phone number, spoke to Janet and the rest as they say, is history.”
Both Keith and Janet are amazed at how the stars aligned in the lead up to buying their unit and they can’t believe that the Barossa is now their permanent home.
“From the moment we made our first enquiry about independent living, to when we settled into our new home, the whole process was seamless,” says Keith.
Their tasteful and meticulously decorated home has everything the couple needs; from a gourmet kitchen to outdoor living spaces and a small garden where they can grown their own veggies.
Together, Keith and Janet appreciate visiting new friends and spending time getting to know the neighbours in their cluster.
“When we first moved in we were delighted to be invited to get to know you drinks, and that made us feel very welcomed into the community,” Janet explains. “We now couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.”
