Skytrust Adoption Drives Continuous Improvement

We are pleased to announce the integration of the Skytrust platform into our organisation, a strategic move that aligns with our goals of digitising the business, enhancing staff safety and wellbeing, and ensuring quality outcomes. We have welcomed three new team members who will be utilising the Skytrust system to further these goals. Mary from Skytrust was onsite this week to induct these new team members into the system, fostering a collaborative approach to maximise the platform’s benefits. This collaboration will help build robust outcomes for our work practices and ensure high-value results for our staff.

 

Sherill Lepp, our Work Health & Safety Advisor, shared her excitement, stating, “As a professional safety practitioner, I am excited to understand the practical use of the Skytrust tool to review and assess the status of the Barossa Village work health, safety, and injury management system (WHSIM), and to capture and communicate across the organisation the continuous improvement to our WHSIM system through an integrated quality management system approach.”

 

Jacque Axford, People and Culture Manager, also expressed her enthusiasm: “Having previously worked with SkyTrust, I am excited to utilise the program to align with our strategic outcomes and assist with employee safety, wellbeing, and training.”

 

Sherridan Brydson, Quality & Risk Coordinator, highlighted the system’s potential: “Having participated in the recent Skytrust training, I am excited to see the potential for the practical and systematic applications of the Barossa Village WHS system and the Quality Management System as a way of Continuous Improvement development.”
