Come and join in exercises that support your everyday life; it’s a fun way to keep moving. Located at the Residency in the Gym and held every Tuesday morning, come and see for yourself. So, what are the benefits of joining a group session? Let’s begin by saying it’s a chance to meet people like yourself who wish to maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It’s also a great way to meet new people and build on existing ones. You are motivated to keep going and less likely to bail out as you agree to meet others at the gym, not only for a workout but also for a chance to chat. Socialising while working out makes you feel good.
