Did you know that September 6 to 12 is Plan Ahead Week?

This is an initiative of SA Health to get people talking with their loved ones about Wills, Advanced Care Directives, Power of Attorney and Organ Donation.

It's important to have these conversations while you're fit and well, to protect your future.

This video explains why we all need to plan ahead and have these conversations.
