Survey Aims to Help Develop Video Gaming Challenge for Older Australians
An initiative of the ACH Group, Stay in the Game is a six-week challenge that encourages older South Australians to play video games to stay physically fit and be socially connected with their friends and family.   The challenge aims to improve positivity and wellbeing by encouraging people to play online games and video games together.

This project is funded under the South Australian Government Statewide Wellbeing Strategy, led by Wellbeing SA.

Working with older adults in South Australia, exercise physiologists, and the Office for Ageing Well the challenge aims to understand more about how and why you play games.

The information gathered in the survey will be used to help design the six-week Stay in the Game Video Gaming Challenge for older adults in South Australia. You can participate in the survey here.

Ok .thank you

"Growing Together" is the theme for our incredible scarecrow display as part of this year's Barossa Vintage Festival.

Thanks to the imagination of Ros Hayward, one of our retirement living clients, she has created 17 scarecrows (yes, 17!), each with its own personality, to showcase people of all ages, including kids and grandparents, coming together, to enjoy gardening and the outdoors. Located on Scholz Ave, outside the Joy Rice Centre, it's definitely worth a look.

Our scarecrows are part of the official Scarecrow Trail, so grab a copy of the trail and follow it through the Barossa.

Don't forget to vote for our scarecrows in the People's Choice Awards. We're number 59!!!!

This is awesome!!!!

Amazing

Gorgeous 🥰

The sun came out just in time for the opening of our Community Mural and Courtyard and the Pete Rosey Bar at The Lodge on Scholz Ave in Nuriootpa.
Postponed from last year due to COVID, we were so happy to celebrate these spaces with community groups, including Foundation Barossa, and suppliers who kindly contributed to these projects.
We look forward to clients in our independent living community, their family and friends, using these spaces.
