Your Care

In Home Care

Support at Home offers a wide range of support so you can continue to live well at home. Based on your aged care assessment and eligibility, you will have access to an approved list of services. You will be supported to choose a mix of services you can access within your budget.

You may be eligible for Australian Government funded aged care services if you’re an older person (usually 65+ or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and finding it increasingly challenging to do the things you used to do.

You can arrange an assessment of your care needs through My Aged Care to determine whether you are eligible.

Choosing home care services can be overwhelming, but we are here to help you get started.

Your first step to aged care is registering with My Aged Care.

Once allocated a Support at Home program, contact Barossa Village to be assigned a care partner who will work with you to deliver tailored home care services and support to meet your goals.
